TechCare Massager guarantees its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, except for the limitations outlined below:
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product or any other conditions that are beyond the control TechCare Massager.
- Warranty is only applicable to customers who complete our online product registration form within 30 days of purchase.
- Warranty is only given with the presentation of the original purchase receipt.

If you are experiencing problems with your TechCare Massager device, please first contact us at WeCare@techcaremassager.com . Customer Service will then issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your exchange or return.
Please include the following items with your return:
- Original packaging with all accessories
- A copy of your original receipt, showing the date of purchase and amount paid
- A brief note describing the reason for your return
- A check made payable to “Otto Trading Inc.” for Shipping & Handling; $11.99 for US customers, or $19.99 for international customers
